Petroplex has quality facilities, stimulation equipment, product lines, and lab services. But our most important investment is in our employees.
New applicants are carefully screened. Experience in acidizing or well servicing is a major plus. Applicants must pass a stringent physical examination, drug screening, previous employment performance, and license background check.
Safety comes first. All crews are hydrogen sulfide tested, CPR trained, and attend monthly safety meetings conducted by a full time safety supervisor. We minimize the possibility or accidents by safeguarding our crews with proper safety equipment. Equipment is tested and inspected monthly.
To encourage safe and dependable performance, each employee is eligible to earn a monthly safety / performance bonus. To qualify, each employee must be dependable, have no complaints on service from the customer, no accidents, and no spills that create environmental problems anywhere. In addition to the monthly bonus, each employee that receives a bonus for each month of a quarter completes for a larger quarterly bonus.
Quality performance is our goal, and that means a better job at lower cost to our customers.
